Come and join King’s Covenant Church at St. John’s, Franklin this Good Friday at 7:30pm for a solemn service of hymns and Scripture readings commemorating the saving work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
We remember the worst crime in all of history - the execution of the one wholly good and innocent man, which turned into the best news in all of history - Jesus took the punishment for His people’s sin on Himself to make us right with God.
On Sunday morning we celebrate the other half of Good Friday’s Good News: that death has no power over Christ, and God raised Him from the tomb! Even so He will resurrect those who love and trust Him to eternal life.
